Creating and Editing Letters

Upon logging into the Letter Builder system with their agency email, users will immediately have access to the Template Manager section. This section will be intuitively organized into multiple subsections for easy navigation. The dashboard within the Template Manager will present users with a comprehensive overview of all available templates, accompanied by brief descriptions for each, facilitating quick selection based on specific needs.

Under the "Templates" option, users will have the ability to create their own letter templates tailored to their agency's requirements. Additionally, users can conveniently view all their created templates in a list format under the "My Templates" section for efficient management. To make modifications or updates to a letter template, users simply need to open it in the built-in editor, ensuring seamless customization and adaptation as needed. Downloading Letters

In addition to editing letter templates, users can also conveniently preview their templates before finalizing them.
